Multimedia Supplement to the Guidelines
One multimedia supplement is allowed per ad. Please select from the following options and note the requirements for each.
Video
We’ll embed your video from YouTube or Vimeo. Simply send us the URL of your video.
Requirement: Your video must be enabled for embedding (this is the default setting unless you have explicitly
disabled it).
After consultation, you can send us a video file, though this will incur hosting fees.
Podcast
We’ll embed your podcast and use the most popular podcast platforms. Simply send us the URL of your podcast, and we’ll coordinate the details with you.
Image Gallery
We’ll create the image gallery and embed it. Please send us up to five landscape-oriented images (16:9 aspect ratio) in JPG or PNG format, with a minimum width of 1,000 pixels at 72 dpi.
Please also provide the copyright information and a descriptive caption (max. 300 characters) for each image
Duration
The content we host (image gallery, video file if applicable) will be available for at least 2 years.
File Formats
Images: Please submit your images in jpg, png, or gif format and indicate the order as well as any accompanying text (captions, copyright information, etc.).
Texts: Please submit your texts as Word documents.
